Today, Bob, Tiff, and I went to the Parkway for a simple little Sunday afternoon picnic. I love going to the Parkway. It's one of my favorite places to escape, it's so peaceful, and beautiful.
I just made some organic brownies, tuna sandwiches, vegie link sandwiches, and chicken salad sandwiches. I also packed some cookies and redskinned potato salad. We just parked along one of the scenic stops and opened up the back of the van and had our little lunch. We took silly pics and just enjoyed the beauty that surrounded us.
It was a nice way to spend the afternoon.
